Ingredients
1pounddry spaghetti, or any other noodle you like
¼cupgarlic, finely minced
⅓cupolive oil
5tbspbutter
1tbspoyster sauce
1tbspchicken stock powder
1tbspgarlic powder
1tspsalt
1/2cupparmesan
How I Make It
Cook noodle or pasta per package instructions.
Heat the oil and butter in a large pan. The pan should be large enough to hold all the pasta you are cooking. Keep this on low to med-low heat and make sure the butter doesn't turn brown or burn.
Add all of the garlic, and let the garlic gently sauté in the oil/butter. Keep the heat low and make sure the garlic does not get any color or burn. You are infusing the oil and butter with all that garlic goodness so be patient and don't rush this process. Let the oil/butter and garlic gently mingle for about 3-5 minutes.
Add all the remaining ingredients except the parmesan.
Add the cooked pasta/noodle into the sauce and mix well. You may need to do this in batches to ensure even sauce coating. I am too lazy (and impatient) though, so I normally just dump all the pasta in and do my best to mix it through.
Add the parmesan and toss it through the pasta/noodle.
Top with more parmesan if you like! Sssshhhhh no one is looking.
